With over 25 years of law and brokerage experience, Trisha Lotzer combines top-tier legal acumen, investment banking and private equity experience, and a personal understanding of what it takes to build and operate a business.

Trisha is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, holds a commercial real estate broker’s license, and is certified in mediation and collaborative law. She has also completed U.S. Department of Defense training on Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) as part of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), to support her work with government contractor clients.

Clients trust Trisha not only for her expertise, but for her steady, reassuring presence and personable approach—especially when facing complex, high-stakes decisions. After years of practice, she began teaching yoga and meditation in 2008, the same year she launched her law firm. Her holistic, client-centered approach is grounded in both legal excellence, honed working with top clients and top firms in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and with a genuine commitment to balance, wellness, and integrity.
