With over 25 years of experience in business law and brokerage, Trisha Lotzer offers clients a powerful combination of top-tier legal expertise and practical business insight. Her expertise and experience spans investment banking, private equity, and alternative dispute resolution, and she holds a certifidate in mediation and collaborative law as well as a commercial real estate broker’s license, She is the founder and owner of Lionsgate Law, Brokerage & Advisory LLC—a one-stop resource for business owners navigating all phases of the business life cycle including business brokerage, purchase and sales.
Trisha combines “big city” legal experience with small-town trustworthiness, bringing both precision and personal attention to every matter. Her practice focuses on business formation, capital raises, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and exit strategies—including business sales, succession planning, and dissolutions.
Outside the office, Trisha is passionate about wellness and community. She developed and taught the “Yoga for Lawyers” continuing legal education (CLE) course for the State Bar of Arizona. She’s also an avid fan of sporting clays, a member of the Santa Fe Book Arts Guild, and volunteers with PACC, a local dog rescue agency. She lives in Arizona with her two adopted German Shepherds, Ike and Tallulah.

As a Business Intermediary at Lionsgate Brokerage & Advisory, Emily specializes in crafting successful exit strategies and facilitating seamless, profitable transactions.
Known for her creativity, tenacity, and strong work ethic, Emily approaches every deal with professionalism, integrity, and a client-centered mindset. Whether assisting in business sales or acquisitions, she is committed to ensuring that each transaction is handled with precision and care. Emily’s goal is to help legacy business owners, young entrepreneurs, and savvy investors transition into the next chapters in their lives.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with family, trying new things, and staying active. She has a love for fitness and the outdoors, often taking her dog on hikes and exploring all the beauty that Tucson has to offer.
